Vacuum Coating Equipment Series include: PIS (Pure lon Coating + lonbeam clean + Sputer) ,Pl(Pure lon coatinglonbeam clean) , IS (lon beam clean + Sputter) and RlE(Reactive + lon + etching) for de-coating,etc.
Coating/films Series include: Pi-DLC(DLC- Diamond Like Carbon film), Pi Ta-C (Ta-C, Tetrahedral Amorphous Carbon film) , Pi-N,(CrN,TiN,Si3N4 film), Pi-C(TiC,WC film), Pi-0(Al203, Ti02 .Si02 flm).etc.
Coating Applications Scope: precision mould, automotive, consumer electronics, semi-conductors, cutting and forming tools, aerospace components, medical, textile industry and new energy industry,etc.
