For the automotive display field, our company's glass coating machine is specially developed for the intelligent car cockpit, addressing pain points such as fingerprint prevention, anti-blue light protection, and high-temperature resistance of touch screens. The glass coating machine adopts closed-loop plasma-enhanced technology, which can form a uniform and dense protective layer on the curved surface of glass, with the light transmittance reaching over 98%, and it has passed extreme environment tests. For HUD projection glass, the glass coating machine innovatively adopts a wide-spectrum anti-reflection coating process, effectively eliminating ghosting interference; in the field of protective glass for car cameras, it realizes integrated coating for oil resistance and hydrophobicity functions. It has passed ISO/TS 16949 certification and has provided production-level equipment to multiple Tier 1 suppliers, enabling the upgrade of human-machine interaction experience in intelligent vehicles.
